Always helpful and friendly

Currently on tablets that cause painful side effects. Apparently sometimes it is the Brand or production of the tablet that causes the pain and side effects - staff at Day Lewis Norwich Road went out of their way to find a brand that suited me - once a brand was found that suited they ordered it in every month. When it was unavailable they went above and beyond asking round other pharmacies if they stocked the brand.

I was desperate for a certain medication for my husband & rang round a few pharmacies without success until I rung Day Lewis on Norwich Rd. they really went out of their way in my hour of need.

They put new meds into blister packs w/o asking

My son has dtrong sleeping tabs prescribed for occasional use. These had been requested when not on 'repeat' and then put into blister packs without consultation. These were not noticed in packs for 3 weeks as lots of tabs in pack look the same and he takes 12 tablets it one go. Could have had serious repercussions.
