Deben Road Surgery


Awful, woeful, despicable

I am absolutely appalled by the staff and doctors at this surgery now. I had to call them repeatedly because of a fault with my phone (not of my doing) and they seem to blame me for this. My doctor conveniently cut me off the phone and I am now number 7 in the queue. I have been a patient there since I was born and I have never felt so unhappy and infuriated with the service. I am changing doctors surgery and registering with another surgery. I appreciate and realise that there is a serious co-vid outbreak and have been very patient in waiting for my conditions to be dealt with. But they are getting worse. Avoid.
