Difficult to get an appointment.

Mixed messages are given by staff so you are not sure where you stand. As a cancer patient I tried to get an appointment to see a doctor but was told the earliest would be 2 weeks. It is slightly better now but can be a bit of a wait stil. The amount of information provided depends on the individual and the doctors are very busy.
