Debenham Group Practice - Otley Branch site


All runs smoothly

Never had any problems at the surgery, when family have needed ongoing support they have been great, very accommodating and supportive of elderly relatives. The doctors have really chased referrals to hospital in the past when the hospital was slow to react. The dispensary is very good, accommodating and helpful with medications when needed. Reception staff are also great, if there are any problems getting to the surgery they will work with you on the best option. The bus service to Debenham has changed so it's difficult to get to the surgery for appointments but I'm happy to go if I need to. I think we are very lucky at this surgery as you don't have to wait very long for appointments and it all runs smoothly.
