Appointments

Appointments are mostly telephone calls but I don't find they are appropriate for all issues and would prefer a face to face appointment but the clinical care is good here and the surgery overall is great. It's just the inconvenience when you don't live locally that you have to drop samples off and then wait before talking to a GP on the phone and then coming in again when you then need to be seen. I have used econsult and this has worked well as you get a response quickly and issues are sorted out.
