Long phone message
It takes a while to get through due to the length of the message you have to listen to and it would be nice if that could be shortened. Staff are good but its not like it used to be as you have to wait for a call back before getting an appointment and I do feel that staff try to put you off from having an actual appointment. To get a blood test has taken three weeks and I've also had an issue when neither the hospital, surgery or district nurses would help to get the equipment that I needed when I came out of hospital. No one would take responsibility and I was passed from pillar to post, finally the surgery managed to get what was needed.
