More consideration on appointment times

I avoid the surgery as much as I can, I find it disappointing to only be offered one appointment slot which is often at a time that is inconvenient for me. I have 3 children and I work so more consideration would be appreciated. Sadly I find some of the reception staff to be blunt and rude, although today's staff are fine.
