Econsult works well

Although econsult is a little difficult to use as at times it is a little unclear where information needs to go it is an easier way to contact the surgery and more convenient. I received a call back quickly but it would've been helpful to know when to expect the call as at different times of the day I need to be contacted on my mobile and not the landline. Speaking to the doctor then led to an appointment with them which is great.
