I can't seem to get hold of any one

I have been a customer and after covid it's been impossible to get through to get to talk to any one

Everytime I visit, he wanted to do some work. He advised me needed tooth removing, I had no pain or concerns about. I asked him why, and he said it was loose. I hadn't noticed. He got cross when I said no to proceeding.. Then added I needed a filling in a different tooth.

It has been easy to get an appointment and staff are very good and always helpful. The street entrance door is too narrow, wheelchairs can't access the door.
Not good paid over £50 to file tooth
