Continuity is nice

I've found it really easy to get appointments and when I've called I've always received a call back or been seen the same day. Generally it all works very well and the continuity with the doctor is nice but not always essential. I also like that you can book advanced appointments and its not just on the day appointments. Econsult does ask a lot of questions which seem a bit repetitive but has worked well. The only issue is that when the receptionist calls to say what the treatment is they can't answer any questions you may have and that means you then need to arrange another appointment to discuss anything with a doctor.
