Overall very good

I prefer to have face to face appointments and feel that getting them is more difficult than it used to be. I've had phone calls with a doctor but think a face to face would be more appropriate at times as I'm more likely to say things in that situation than on the phone. Overall though a very good surgery but I feel the situation needs to ease further.
