Good and works well

The majority of my appointments are by phone which works well. The surgery is good and it works well with the lovely staff. I received a text yesterday from the surgery asking me to supply additional information but it was really unclear what was needed and how I should respond. It would help when texts are sent if they could include all the information needed. I came in today but was told that there was no one available to speak to me about the information at that time.
