Good considering the situation

Mainly I've had phone calls with doctors, although they have eventually addressed the isssues I do feel it has drawn out the process longer than if I'd been seen initially. I've still not seen a GP when I think it would've been more appropriate. The staff are good, I have seen the physio for in person appointments and have been very happy with the treatment provided. I feel the surgery is really good considering the situation we are still in.
