Something has changed

I feel that something has changed around the system and how to get appointments as I couldn't get a call back until Thursday from when I called on Monday. I then gave more details about what was wrong and I was given an appointment the next morning. I feel that patients need to be told the process for getting appointments if things have changed especially when you don't come often.
