Nearly all phone appointments

Nearly all requests for appointments are phone appointments and there is a lack of face to face appointments which means that issues are not addressed well. Haven't felt well listened to and was told nothing was wrong and they wouldn't do any more tests. Weeks later I was in hospital for emergency surgery. Its difficult when you have to see your own GP and they're not interested, there was no care there.
