Easy to make an appointment.

It's easy to make an appointment and the reception staff are very friendly. There have been occasions when referrals haven't been forthcoming when needed. Sometimes being friendly isn't enough. Sometimes it would be nice if the practitioners were more proactive at asking questions about problems. Social prescribing is going on which is good; I've seen the CAB at the surgery which is great
