They have been very good at getting items in for me and the staff are very helpful. There have been times where they've had problems getting the oestrogen gel in for me which is frustrating but probably not their fault.
Medication not available

I have had issues getting medication that are needed, I've just been told that it'll be in the next day, then the next and so on until it does finally come in. This can make things worrying and difficult if you are running out of medicine and don't know when it will actually arrive.
