First Class Service

Warm introduction by Physiotherapist who proceeded to take history and then gave thorough examination with explanations as sought cause of leg pain. Patience displayed as I tried to understand future recommended exercises. Lead physiotherapist called to provide second examination as no obvious cause found. "The department enjoyed a challenge". A journey into the unknown for a first time visit turned out to be a very relaxing experience due to the professionalism of the staff. This local service avoids a public transport visit to Ipswich Hospital and is very much valued by local residents
