Going paperless

Pharmacy going paperless. As I have quite a lot of my medication it is handy to have a copy of prescription in with medication. I have asked for this and was assured that it will happen.....still waiting!!
This website is wrong about Sunday opening.

Relying on this website's statement that the pharmacy is open on Sundays 10am to 5pm I wasted time & energy walking there and back. The pharmacy is closed all day on Sundays.

Very helpful staff with medication needs. At short notice, they have been able to make exceptions and they always explain things well if something has changed.
Rude and disrespectful behaviour

I order my medication online and on the system it gave me the date that it would be ready for collection at this pharmacy. I came in on a weekend (later than the date it was due) and was told by the front desk it was not ready. I asked if it could be done whilst I waited as I could see that the Pharmacist was there and I was told flatly 'NO' and was told to come back the next day. As I was leaving the Pharmacist was clapping the front desk team member. So rude, I was disgusted.
