Pressure to go online
When you contact the surgery there is pressure to go online to request an appointment. I've been told there are only two doctors on, one working from home. This means most issues are dealt with by phone and I've been told to call back the next day as there are no appointments available that day. Some staff aren't overly friendly when speaking to them on the phone. It's very difficult to take phone calls especially at work so it make the whole process more challenging.
