Overall ok

Things overall are ok. I think the place needs a bit of updating, as it does feel quite depressing. You can hear everything reception says to patients, which is not good for confidentiality. They should be offering written info as an option if they can do nothing about the voices carrying. I'd like some music/radio on, it may help with the feel of the place a bit.
