Home apparently unaware of resident's needs

Home said about a resident "never incontinent", in fact resident was found to be incontinent of urine. Home said "no mental health problem", a hospital report referred to a CT scan which showed brain damage. Home said "no behavioural issue", however, resident had left the home unobserved and got on a bus and went to their home town. Home didn't mention / had no record of wound on left shoulder.

Not a good place to leave your loved ones

Poor care and under staffed. Most carers were uncaring. My mother was left freezing cold on her bed waiting to be dressed. The mattresses were filthy.
