Very good care

They provided really good care for my husband. They were incredibly good at making sure everything he needed was in place.
Outstanding care

Nothing was too much trouble for them. My partner was cared for until his recent death and I always felt confident in the staff there. they always looked well staffed and that they were happy in their jobs.
Communications problems

Some communications language barrier.. Poor communication when issues occur - eg sent for hospital appointment without wife being informed

Staff very good to me.
Husband has dementia, cancer, osteoporosis
Good range of activities - he likes music.
They have personalized room with family tree and a fiddle mat, which is a comfort

Staff very good to me. Good range of activities - like the music. Have personalised room with family tree. Had a fiddle mat, which is a comfort. (Husband has dementia, cancer, osteoporosis)
Brilliant nursing home

My mother lived at the nursing home for nearly 3 years and died there in September 2015. The staff cared for her to a very high standard for those years and the home was always clean comfortable and welcoming. At the end the staff cared for us as a family as well as for my mother and we could have not asked for a better end to a long and happy life. I am extremely grateful to all the staff, including cleaning and catering, admin and nursing.
