Need to communicate better

I am struggling with a few things and really need answers. No one tells you enough. For example: After a CT scan 2 weeks ago I have heard nothing. I don't know if the surgery tells me the results or if I have to wait on the hospital, no one told me. The hospital said '10 days', for results, so it is overdue and in the meantime I am left worrying about it.
