Good care most of the time

I get what I need and good care by staff most of the time. We are older and need the GP service more often, so we notice that it is pretty good one week and less so another week. You do not see the same person, which can mean they have no background on you, which is frustrating. Nice people though and you do not have to wait too long on the telephone before getting through.
