Framfield House Surgery


Fair - but long wait to see Consultant

I was referred to the practice to have an ECG and see a consultant. We were advised a arrive a bit early which we did. I then had the ECG quite quickly. We then waited 4 hours to be seen by the consultant. There was no explanation from staff and if they had said it was going to be that long we could've gone and got something to drink. When we did see the consultant he was very good. The people were great, it was just the wait
