Lack of knowledge on reception sometimes

I find that the consistency of seeing the same medical staff is positive, and I visit the surgery quite often. Communication can seem to lack some knowledge about some things, I would think that passing information back to a patient to be important but this seems lacking, I wonder if some more training is needed. Other than that a good surgery.
