No problems at all

The surgery staff are pretty on it with the questions they ask and they do what they can to maintain continuity and they are accommodating. I believe that you then get more rounded and personal care that way. When receiving the call backs from the team it would be a bit easier if there was a time given as when you are working being free to receive calls at any point can be more challenging. Last week I missed three calls from the doctor, they did leave a message and then I called when able to. I then received a call quickly and it is concerning that it messes them around but not all jobs allow you to have your phone on you at all times.
