Fressingfield Medical Centre



Call waiting works well

It is a busy surgery but when you call you generally get through straight away but there is a more of a wait, about a week, for regular appointments which are face to face. For urgent issues you speak to a GP or other member of the team and are then called in to the surgery. I like the call waiting system as it has worked well and means you don't have to stay on the line if there is a queue. The only thing that would improve things would be to have additional extended hours to help with fitting appointments around work. The staff are good and I don't mind being asked to go to Stradbroke for appointments if it is necessary but then I drive.
