A little trying

Its been a little bit trying trying to get a blood test appointment which I need before a hospital appointment taking place later this week. Staff are very good, not sure why an appointment system with allocated times is used as they are never on time, you might as well have a wait your turn system. Other than that nothing else needs to change.
