Great care and staff

My husband has been there for 9 weeks and they have been really great. Care has been wonderful. We take him out regularly and he is always dressed and ready when we arrive. I can read the care notes in his room if I want to and his health has been good since being there. Even when he says he doesn't want things done they find another way of addressing the issue. for example, when he won't get up in the morning a second carer will go in slightly later to encourage him again which usually works well

I visited to see whether my dad should move here but it smelt of urine as I entered so I left straight away
