Carers have a poor attitude.

Most of my carers have a poor attitude. A few are pleasant and helpful. My main problem is that they do not stick to their appointment times. Sometimes I am put to bed at 6.30pm and not got up until after 9am. On two weeks in December, the carers did not arrive in time to get me ready to attend my appointments in Icanho. I missed these appointments.
Today, I was got up at 8.15am, which was 30 minutes earlier than scheduled. However, I prefer to get up earlier. The carers came round again at 12.15 and then at 3.10, which is 1 and a half hours early. They are expecting to put me in bed between 8.30pm and 9pm this evening. This is far too long to wait to go to the toilet. I have to avoid all drinks in the afternoon and evening.

Rude staff , barely speaking english

Me and my mom cannot understand what are these people saying ! Very poor english and they rudely talk in front of us in their own language and we just sit there and don't understand anything . They stay barely 10 min , do not put my mom on the commode , sometimes they don't even change the pad . I 'm paying good money for very poor service !

Although the family carer has requested this, the care staff do not put the patient on the commode. They often do not stay for their 1/2 hour of time
