Rude staff , barely speaking english

Me and my mom cannot understand what are these people saying ! Very poor english and they rudely talk in front of us in their own language and we just sit there and don't understand anything . They stay barely 10 min , do not put my mom on the commode , sometimes they don't even change the pad . I 'm paying good money for very poor service ! I do not recommend them !
