Unhelpful on the phone

I've found the staff quite rude and unhelpful on the phone. I had previously had cancer and had some blood tests done during covid so was called by doctor with the results but they clearly hadn't read my notes because when I asked if I should be concerned, they said only if you've had cancer! A clear case of notes not being read and quite worrying. More recently I was sent a letter giving me 10 days notice that I was being removed from their patient list after being at the practice for years because they said I was outside their practice boundary. There was very little information in the letter.
