Care is good

The care and seeing a GP is very good but getting to that point isn't so good and to have an appointment is the last option given on the long message on the phone. More often than not they do not give you a face to face appointment. At times it does feel like you are an inconvenience and the greeting received by staff on reception would put some people off and I've lost confidence in them after they dismissed my need to be seen when it turned out the issue I had was serious. It does appear at times they are triaging and deciding if you can be seen. I do like that the doctor comes out to the waiting room to collect you.
