Glad I called 111 pleased with help given .
Better than gp .I liked fact asked lots of questions .

Doctor sent me to various locations to be seen however there was nobody to receive me on 2 occasions though a taxi was needed to attend.

Lovely kind doctor who explained things and told me what to do if things didn't improve. Took her time to exam me.

Referred by my surgery to GP+ after they couldn't fit me in. It worked really well and the nurse I saw was great, and its a good alternative to going to your own surgery.

Appointment took place on time, asked if my patient record could be shared, and offered a follow up physio appointment at a convenient time and date.
awful waiting room for blood tests

Blood tests - tiny waiting room, long ques, not a nice experience. Actual experience of having blood taken with the nurse was very good though.

My surgery booked me an appointment for my child to be seen by GP plus but when they realised that she was under 6 months old they made sure that we saw a GP. We were very impressed at the way we were made a priority.
