Rarely call back when they say they will .

They don't call back even when they say they will . Specimens are lost or not sent. My elderly and very vulnerable parent is still waiting for a flu jab and another has today been told the pneumonia jab has "run out" but didn't let them know until they had already left for the surgery so exposing them to potential infection when its a lockdown .

Appointments are very difficult to get. Repeat prescriptions not always ready for collection within the two working days as promised on their website. Had a medication changed without actually being seen by the doctor but informed by letter following a cost review by South Norfolk Clinical Commissioning Group. The medical staff work exceedingly hard and excellent when you see them but are clearly hard pressed under the current economic and government constraints.
