Covid jab for disabled husband

My husband walks with a rollator and has bad balance problems. The access to the pharmacy is very narrow and slightly sloping, followed by a sharp turn. The room was so small that he couldn't turn round and had to try to reverse out into the queue of people which he found extremely stressful. I cannot understand why Guildhall Pharmacy seems to be the only local one for Covid jabs when it's so unsuitable for disabled people. My husband was only able to have a flu jab at his surgery; my surgery gave me both flu and Covid at the same time, which was so much better. I am not complaining about Guildhall Pharmacy, just about the fact that there's no suitable location for the disabled.
Repeat prescriptions Incorrect or missing

Repeat prescriptions of a medication which affects my mental health always wrong dosage, incomplete or entirely missing. This service is appalling.
Poor service and rudeness from Pharmacy staff

I spoke with an extremely patronising Pharmacist today. I ordered a repeat prescription over last weekend by systmonline said your prescription will be ready to collect PM on Wednesdy. My repeat prescription form says your medication will be ready 48 hours after ordering. `i was quite rudely told that actually it's 72 hours despite what all the information you provide. It was then explained to me that the Pharmacy is nothing to do with the Surgery and is a completely separate entity and she proceeded to place the blame on the Surgery and Dr's when I informed her that I had checked with both Dr's who both confirmed it is 72 hours. What I am extremely disappointed with was the Pharmacist repeating herself on four occasions and talking down to me as if I were a child. I have a degree in Law from Oxford University and have run several Multi Million pound businesses. I was fully aware of what they were saying the first time. I just happened to think it was a load of rubbish. Can you clarify just what the hell is going on? I'm extremely happy with the Dr's and Nurses but some fo the Pharmacy staff clearly are working to their own agenda which includes not providing the service they advertise. Something needs to change.
The dispensary staff were so helpful.

I was in a desperate situation trying to source medication for my husband, and the medication was in short supply. The staff bent over backwards to help me acquire the tablets even though I don't belong to the attached surgery. Thank you so much
