Guildhall Surgery



Poor communication & treatment

Difficult to get through on telephone. Tried several times , often wait upto half hour for an answer. Had symptoms of urine infection. Told to take sample to GP. Told I would get a call as an infection was suspected from sample. No call from GP, but pharmacy told me prescription to collect. Started on antibiotics. Rang surgery week later as still have symptoms of UTI. They had no record of testing my urine or sending it away to lab. A week wasted in trying to get me on correct treatment. To get another appointment with GP I have to wait another 2 weeks.
