Not proactive
Not having a doctor is a major issue as there is no continuity or proactive approach. To get help has meant long waits, 3 for the pharmacist and then four to see the GP. The support and attention to detail by the nurse has been wonderful but I do feel that there is a barrier to getting information through to the doctors when you talk to reception. Rather than contacting me about medication that had been sent by the hospital for me they just returned it to them causing more issues and delays.
