Can be stressful reordering prescriptions

The whole process of re-ordering repeat prescriptions can be frustrating and stressful here. If I put in the repeat prescription too early they just ignore it but do not actually tell you that they have ignored it! I have actually had an occasion when I have come away without medication, this is not acceptable. I really do need a longer time frame to order. Another point I would like to make is if you would like to make an appointment with the Clinical pharmacist to discuss a question about medication you have to go via the GP reception which seems a rigmoral, could this not be done via the direct dispensary line rather than the main GP reception?
Nice people but disorganised

I feel that the pharmacy staff based at the surgery are quite disorganised, but they are nice people and want to help but they have given me the wrong prescripton before.

I havent got a problem with the staff but I find the dispensary to be disorganised, they have lost a prescription before. When you are in the queue you do feel a bit in the way.
They never seem to have it all

I give a months notice and I live 4 miles from the surgery, they never seem to have all of my medication ready and they cant always even find it, Its not like I am just down the road so it is inconvenient when they can't find it and I have to come back.

The items to purchase are more expensive than other pharmacies but they are very good when advising.
