Attended vaccination clinic

Bad experience, long wait, basic hygiene poor. No record of vaccine given. Vaccine consulting room awful. Whole place needs a revamp and better organisation
Dosset boxes: Recent service has been poor.

My 92 yr old Father’s medication has been prepared in dosset boxes by Hado for sometime and delivered to his home.
This is due to him being registered as having a vision impairment. This months medication did not arrive and I had to go to the pharmacy to find out where it was.
The boxes had not been prepared as they had suddenly decided without warning that they would be changing £15 per month for this service and were not providing them until paid. His medication ran out that day so I asked them to just give it to me in the normal boxes and I would sort in myself. Had I not gone in he would not have had his medication at all. They are not apologetic about this just want money to give us the service because there is no funding for this apparently.
I have only ever had one member of staff there that has been helpful and I he may have left. We were only using them because no other pharmacy in Felixstowe was taking on patients needing the dosset boxes at the time.
I wish to draw this to your attention because Iunderstand that the other pharmacies in Felixstowe are also now charging or not taking on new patients.

The service here for getting your prescription delivered is excellent. My prescription repeat goes in and it usually is delivered the same day. I have recommended my family to it. I also got my neighbor who has dementia to have them too. They do up all the dossett boxes for them and it is delivered really quickly. Considering how much work that must be for them, I feel it is excellent.
