Nurses are great
I've been on the phone up to 40 minutes waiting to get through and talk to reception. I understand that staff are stressed but they can come across as a little sharp at times. I know they have to ask why I need an appointment but the way in which it is asked is almost a barrier. By just saying I'm sorry but I need to ask ..... is much softer and feels very different to, why do you need an appointment? I do find it hard to hear the patients being called via the intercom especially if you sit in the smaller area by the internal door. The nurses here are great, I really rate them.
