Issues with prescription
I requested my prescription through the practice website which is excellent and convenient however when I went to collect it from Tesco (nominated pharmacy confirmed via email) it wasn’t there, I was informed there had been some staffing issues so tried again the next day where it was found that my prescription had been sent to Superdrug instead, leaving me without medication for 2 days, I can survive without mine for two days but someone else might not be able to, this is unacceptable!
