Phone consultation worked

I had a phone consultation which worked well and resulted in an actual appointment. I do find it a bit difficult not being able to book appointments ahead of time as I don't work locally. I've not been to this surgery before and the closure of the Clare branch has made it more inconvenient. Signage for this branch isn't good, it would be helpful if something was outside the building.
