Miserable receptionist

One particular receptionist each time I see her either at the desk or talks to me on telephone I find her just rude and miserable looking. I called for appointment a couple of Tuesdays ago and got told I could go to the hospital on Saturday. I decided to not take that appointment, so after queueing up this morning I am here for same issue and seeing a Nurse, which is fine. But she is sitting there, still not cracking a smile.
