Appalling
I was utterly appalled by my appointment to see a GP today. If it was possible to give zero or minus stars I would certainly do so. Having been asked - and waited 3 weeks - to make an appointment to discuss a letter, the "discussion" consisted of reading it off the screen and absolutely no input from me. The whole exercise seemed entirely pointless and I could have had my painkillers 3 weeks ago when they were first requested. In fact from start to finish of the appointment there was absolutely no eye contact whatsoever, I doubt the GP could describe me if challenged. Certainly no recognition or comment about the fact that I walked in to the surgery clearly in obvious pain. I also am deeply unimpressed by the patronizing attitude which appeared to assume that my age had atrophied any capability I might have to understand words of more than one syllable.
