Unhappy with communication from Duty Doctor

I had a duty doctor return a call regarding a prescription request. The duty doctor was rude, blunt, using a rude word to myself as a professional. I understand the difficult situation, and caution, surrounding the request, however, there was no need to be rude, bordering on aggressive towards myself.
