Good helpful details

I go for regular check ups with the nurse for my diabetes. They are very good. It can sometimes be difficult to get an emergency appointment. The phone is often engaged. Sometimes they have run out of appointments. The GPs are very polite, helpful and good. If I ask for explanations I get good details information. If I don't ask I do not get.
