Poor care. Appointments hard to get and advice sometimes wrong

It's not great. You see a locum doctor and they haven't read the notes. Getting an appointment is difficult and the triage phone back system doesn't always work well. Recently a receptionist read the BP results and thought that it was high so said that my husband should see a nurse. The nurse said there was nothing wrong with the results so it was a waste of an appointment
